Un anno fa decidiamo di mettere in vendita un appartamento, leggendo le recensioni ed i commenti decidiamo di affidarci a quest’agenzia. MAI PIÙ. Personale fastidioso e scorbutico, non portano nemmeno una visita e ci dicono che non hanno ricevuto contatti perché precedentemente avevo messo un annuncio o l’oca, che su alcune piattaforme era ancora visibile. Mi ricollego e tolgo da ogni piattaforma l’annuncio ma loro continuano a non portare clienti dicendo che c’è un problema di prezzo. Appartamento valutato una certa cifra due anni prima, già ribassato di 20.000€, loro dicono che per venderlo ci vuole un ribasso di ulteriori 25.000€ almeno … una cifra veramente ridicola… infine per rincarare la dose dicono tanto siete fuori con un’altra agenzia … in realtà con l’altra agenzia è in vendita l’appartamento al piano superiore… non sanno nemmeno cosa stanno vendendo… veramente ridicoli!! La mia casa era in vendita da tempo, sembrava impossibile venderla. Da Dimore Isontine mi hanno contattata, hanno aspettato che maturassero i tempi perché io potessi disdire il contratto con il precedente mediatore e poi hanno preso in carico la vendita. Luca Bernardinis mi ha prospettato due mesi di tempo: in due mesi ha trovato l’acquirente, al prezzo convenuto. La casa è stata venduta senza che io dovessi muovermi da casa mia (abito in un’altra regione, a parecchi km di distanza). Luca è intervenuto anche all’atto di compravendita. Tutto questo accompagnato da gentilezza, professionalità, rispetto dei tempi e degli accordi, simpatia e sollecitudine. Consiglio assolutamente. Gli agenti sono affabili e disponibili, sicuramente ben diretti dal titolare. Gli immobili proposti sono spesso interessanti. Ho avuto a che fare con Grigore prima e Marilena dopo, di entrambi non posso che dire un gran bene.
