Il gestore della struttura è stato maleducato e ci ha spaventati solo per avergli fatto notare le condizioni igienichei non ottimali della stanza. Nonostante la presenza dei bambini e la nostra estrema educazione, si è lasciato andare in un attacco d'ira incontrollato. Location piacevole ma moooooolto sporca, servizio pessimo e pessimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Bad experience! Abbiamo trascorso una notte in una stanza dove a primo impatto non sembrava pessima ma girovagando un po' ci siamo resi conto che polvere, capelli e ragni regnavano nella stanza. Asta del doccino rotta e quindi poteva essere utilizzato solo da persone di 1,40 mt. Lavandino completamente otturato e quando è stato fatto notare al signor Nino mi ha chiesto se in qualche modo potessi io sturare gli scarichi ?. Sicuramente la location è fantastica ma non è tutto purtroppo. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è da rivedere ma soprattutto i problemi interni perché ripeto è una struttura che potrebbe acquisire fortemente valore. It was not a very good experience. Prezzo delle camere matrimoniali giusti. Arredamento in legno scuro stile africano.Luogo tranquillo con vicino due luoghi dove si può mangiare. It was really good sitting outside at night and listen to the stories that Nino had to say. We travel to Tricarico often and this is the place we'll check for availability first.
