Order was shipped, via Fedex, 24hr after the order was placed and the reel arrived safe and sound in 10 business days all the way from South Italy to FL, USA. I contacted them a few times during the transaction and they always responded promptly and professionally. Oh and the price of the reel was very competitive. I am in no way related to this business and I would definitely buy again from them without hesitation.
