★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho cominciato il rapporto con questo operatore 1 settimana fa circa. Settimana in cui ho stressato parecchio lo staff, con richieste varie. Bè, posso confermare la loro competenza, professionalità è soprattutto pazienza. Un plauso al signor Marcello dël comparto tecnico, che oltre ad essere molto gentile, mi ha risolto il "problema" che avevo nell'arco di mezz'ora, dandomi anche qualche suggerimento sul tipo di connessione che avrei dovuto utilizzare con la mia console di gioco. Sono molto contento di aver attivato la linea con Dimensione, cercherò di portare anche qualche conoscente in Dimensione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo in un piccolo paese di provincia di 1000 anime, dopo anni di ADSL a nemmeno 6 mega in download con uno dei soliti "Big" della telefonia, finalmente posso dire di stare al passo coi tempi.
Grazie ai lavori di Open Fiber che hanno portato la fibra nel mio Comune, e grazie a Dimensione (nome per me del tutto sconosciuto fino a poco tempo fa) posso viaggiare a quasi 850 mega, se non di più.
Operai OF rapidi, veloci puntuali nei lavori di allaccio.
Dimensione velocissima e precisa nelle informazioni, nell'assistenza e con gran cortesia.

I live in a small provincial town of 1000 souls, after years of ADSL at not even 6 megs in download with one of the usual "Big" of telephony, I can finally say that I am keeping up with the times.
Thanks to the work of Open Fiber that brought fiber to my Municipality, and thanks to Dimensione (a name completely unknown to me until recently) I can travel at almost 850 megs, if not more.
OF quick workers, quick punctual in connection work.

Cerca e cerca mi imbatto in Dimensione leggendo solo ottime recensioni. Ed è tt vero? finalmente la fibra a casa mia ..in poco più di un mese ..Natale compreso.. sopralluogo, scavo, linea in casa e router già configurato e subito funzionante. Eccezionali e super gentili. Sto facendo un sacco di pubblicità.

Ho dovuto aspettare qualche mese per l'allaccio per problemi burocratici, ma una volta avuto l'ok dal comune hanno installato l'impianto rapidamente, inviato il router in due giorni e ha funzionato tutto subito. Ottima connessione e stabile. Tutti cordiali. La bolletta corrisponde al contratto firmato, nessuna sorpresa. Consiglio vivamente.
Excellent company, very serious. I had to wait a few months for the connection due to bureaucratic problems, but once I got the ok from the municipality they installed the system quickly, sent the router in two days and everything worked immediately. Excellent connection and stable. All friendly. The bill matches the signed contract, no surprises. I highly recommend.

Contatto diretto con i tecnici ... sempre quelli! Non il solito centralino che risponde "dall'Italia".
Ho chiesto, timoroso, se fosse possibile (dopo solo 1 settimana dall'attivazione ) cambiare il router fornito con uno capace di gestire una WiFi Mesh: la risposta è stata semplicemente "Certo! il suo router nuovo è stato spedito oggi e le arriverà entro 48h. Ci sentiamo poi per organizzare il ritiro dell'attuale." ... mi sono immaginato fare la stessa domanda a uno qualunque "degli altri" ...

Your new router has been shipped today and will arrive within 48h. We will then talk to organize the withdrawal of the current one. " ... I imagined myself asking the same question to any "of the others" ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vivo in una strada privata di un paese di provincia che non arriva a 6000 anime dove al massimo ero coperto da una fttc a 30 mega o fwa 100. Contattato a inizio marzo tramite il sito di Open Fiber, Dimensione è stato l'unico provider che ha provato ad avviare le pratiche per la ftth (il mio civico non era nemmeno mappato). Ancora adesso non riesco a crederci, ma in un mese esatto anche grazie ai bravissimi tecnici di OF sono stati fatti i lavori di allaccio e adesso viaggio a oltre 900 mbps.
Ps ho contattato l'assistenza per avere alcune delucidazioni sul loro modem e non solo sono stati dei fulmini a rispondere al telefono (senza farmi impazzire ore con il disco registrato) ma anche estremamente preparati e gentili.
Navigo su internet da oltre 20 anni e non avrei mai pensato che un provider minore potesse offrire un'alternativa così valida ai soliti 4-5 "big" del settore. Posso solo dire grazie.

Even now I can't believe it, but in exactly one month, also thanks to the talented technicians of OF, the connection work was done and now I travel at over 900 mbps.
Ps I contacted support to get some clarifications on their modem and not only were lightning answering the phone (without driving me crazy for hours with the recorded disc) but also extremely prepared and kind.
I have been surfing the internet for over 20 years and I never thought that a smaller provider could offer such a good alternative to the usual 4-5 "bigs" in the industry. I can only say thank you.
