★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli è stato affidato un pacco di 20kg e mi hanno consegnato un pacco di poco più di 10kg...si sono permessi di riferire che cmq si trattava di cose usate ( ma nessuno glielo aveva detto) per cui le nostre lamentele, hanno fatto intendere, erano esagerate! Affidabilità e correttezza zero.
He was given a 20kg parcel and they handed me a parcel of just over 10kg ... they allowed themselves to report that anyway it was used stuff (but nobody had told him) so our complaints made it clear , they were exaggerated! Zero reliability and correctness.
