a	andrea andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ devo dire che anche a me è capitata la stessa cosa ho portato un pc per vedere se si puo riparare mi ha chiesto soldi per capire che era rotto non rispetta le consegne assolutamente e soprattutto chiedete prima un preventivo perche poi ci rimanete male..... da sconsigliare assolutamente..... ovviamente il proprietario ora dira' non è vero ma purtroppo è quello che è capitato a me..... DA DENUNCIA A febbraio porto in riparazione un Mac book pro del 2011 (per un guasto causato da una loro precedente riparazione) e dopo poco mi viene semplicemente comunicato che durante il tentativo di riparazione il Mac si è rotto irrimediabilmente. Premetto che al momento della mia richiesta di riparazione l'ipotesi che il Mac potesse rompersi non mi è stata prospettata. A fatto accaduto le giustificazioni, tra le altre, sono state le seguenti "sono cose che capitano. Il Mac era troppo vecchio. La colpa della rottura non è nostra ma della Apple. Anche se ti avessi avvertito che poteva rompersi nel ripararlo, nelle condizioni in cui era non lo avresti potuto più utilizzare". A maggio accetto una loro proposta di supervalutazione del Mac rotto in caso di acquisto presso di loro di un PC portatile: da allora fino ad oggi me ne è stato proposto 1 ad un prezzo non particolarmente basso. Morale della favola: ho ripreso il Mac rotto e loro l'hanno fatta franca senza perdere neppure 1 euro. STAY AWAY. Moral of the story: I took back the broken Mac and they got away with it without losing even 1 euro.

Su consiglio di un amico provo dalla Digitalworld...risultato il mio portatile è risorto...sono riusciti a riparalo con 100€...sono stati rapidi ed economici considerando che l'unica alternativa prospettatami della casa madre era la sostituzione della scheda logica per un costo di 600€+iva!!
