Sempre stati gentili,educati e pazienti nelle spiegazioni e anche davanti a difficoltà nell'installazione causati dal terreno si sono dimostrati esperti e all'altezza del mestiere e hanno risolto tutto tempestivamente. Consiglio vivamente!! To say the least, exceptional! Punctual deliveries and precise finishes. Available for every need. Alla mia richiesta di sostituzione hanno risposto che quei pali non sono più in commercio in quanto non a norma. Secondo loro dovrei ricomprarlo di tasca mia e tenermi gli altri tre "pericolanti". Diffidate da gente improvvisata, che della professionalità non ne conosce neanche il significato....sempre che nel frattempo non abbiano chiuso!!! They sold me 4 poles 12 meters high for their flags. After a few months one of the 4 broke. To my request for replacement they replied that those poles are no longer on the market as they are not up to standard. According to them I should buy it out of my pocket and keep the other three "unsafe". Beware of improvised people, who do not even know the meaning of professionalism .... as long as they have not closed in the meantime !!!
