★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono veramente delusa dal trattamento che ho avuto d parte del personale ...mi sono recata in sede x avere un consiglio riguardo a che crema usare (avendo seri problemi di pelle ) non sono stata considerata ne dopo aver fatto km x recarmi direttamente sul posto e tantomeno al tel che mi hanno liquidato velocementee ...sempre con la sessa risposta (la faccio richiamare )sto ancora aspettando la chiamata da ornai 3 settimane ....ho usato Endocare x anni ma ora è diventata troppo leggera e volevo continuare con la sessa linea ma con qualcosa di più adatto alla mia età ....Solo chi ha problemi di pelle può capire .Sono costretta a cambiare .
I am really disappointed with the treatment I had from the staff ... I went to the office for advice on which cream to use (having serious skin problems) I was not considered nor after doing km to go directly to the site and even less on the phone that they liquidated me quickly and ... always with the same answer (I have her call back) I am still waiting for the call for 3 weeks .... I have used Endocare for years but now it has become too light and I wanted to continue with the same line but with something more suitable for my age .... Only those with skin problems can understand. I am forced to change.
