Clean and new rooms with TV and air conditioner. Shared kitchen. Optimal location for visiting the city center. Very nice host.

Non ottima la posizione e manca l'ascensore per i bagagli
Recently renovated, very clean and the rooms are large. Common kitchenette available.
The location is not great and there is no lift for luggage

Camera piccola, anonima e priva di dettagli.
Il letto Γ¨ scomodo e rumoroso, non appena si ci siede inizia a scricchiolare.
Il bagno piccolo, con un box doccia antiquato, accanto al lavabo c'Γ¨ solo un piccolo mobiletto dove poter poggiare i propri oggetti personali che non basta neanche per un breve soggiorno.
Mancano frigo e armadio ed i proprietari non hanno avuto neanche l'accortezza di far trovare all'interno della stanza una bottiglietta d'acqua.
Prezzo troppo alto per i servi offerti
I wouldn't recommend it.
Small room, anonymous and lacking in details.
The bed is uncomfortable and noisy, as soon as you sit down it starts creaking.
The small bathroom, with an old-fashioned shower box, next to the sink there is only a small cabinet where you can place your personal items that is not enough even for a short stay.
There is no fridge and wardrobe and the owners have not even had the foresight to find a bottle of water inside the room.
Price too high for the servants offered

β β β β β La nostra era la camera Vucciria. Molto carina, grande e ottima la pulizia. Ovviamente in tempo covid non cβΓ¨ possibilitΓ di fare la colazione ma non vi preoccupate ci sta un ottima panetteria proprio sotto casa e anche il mitico ninu u ballerino street food tipico palermitano. Posizione molto buona a pochi passi dal teatro massimo!
Ours was the Vucciria room. Very nice, big and excellent cleaning. Obviously in Covid time there is no possibility to have breakfast but do not worry there is an excellent bakery right under the house and also the legendary ninu u typical Palermo street food dancer. Very good location within walking distance of the maximum theater!

β β β β β There might have been better rooms but: our room had no windows to the outside. Only to an inner patio, with no blinds. The matress folds in the middle pushing us to the center on top of each other. Super hard pillows.
The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.

β β β β β Very clean room. It also had a little balcony viewing the street, which was nice. Clean bathroom. Shared kitchen with snacks and coffee. Big shared terrace positioned between buildings, so it's very calm and silent. Everything recently renovated.
The only thing I would point out: the air conditioning was blowing directly over the bed. If it's not turned on it gets hot very quickly, so we had to have it on all night.
