Ho comprato una batteria con 18 mesi di garanzia 12 mesi dal costruttore e 6 dalla ditta diemme, prima di scadere la garanzia ho riportato la batteria riferendo che era guasta,
mi rispondono di provare a metterla sotto carica alla massima potenza per vedere se si riprendeva .
Ingenuamente mi riporto la batteria e faccio la prova senza ottenere risultatati efficaci.
Non essendo della zona ho portato la batteria 20 giorni dopo la scadenza della garanzia, riferendo che la batteria era guasta rammentando che precedentemente avevo esposto il problema, mi rispondono che la batteria era fuori garanzia e che non potevano cambiarla.
Credo che se avessero avuto voglia di cambiarla l'avrebbero cambiata quando era in garanzia

I bought a battery with 18 months warranty 12 months from the manufacturer and 6 from the diemme company, before the warranty expired I reported the battery reporting that it was faulty,
they tell me to try to put it on charge at maximum power to see if it recovered.
Naively I take the battery back and do the test without obtaining effective results.
Not being from the area, I took the battery 20 days after the warranty expired, reporting that the battery was faulty, remembering that I had previously exposed the problem, they tell me that the battery was out of warranty and that they could not change it.
I think if they had wanted to change it they would have changed it when it was under warranty
