M	Matteo Gabanini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato azienda così per caso . volevo sostituire il pannello fotovoltaico nel camper , La vicenda ha inizio così ; mi hanno consigliato di sostituire il regolatore di carica perchè il mio sembrava rotto e credetemi che ho chiesto a gente che si definisce competente , ma alla fine è emerso che la rottura era nel pannello .. quindi mi sono messo alla ricerca di qualche azienda che mi desse un minimo di fiducia almeno telefonicamente. Ho così potuto conoscere Energiasolare che si è distinta tra tutti per un incredibile DISPONIBILITà e PREPARAZIONE !!! Vi dico che una volta finito tutto l'impianto il Sig. Marco si è preso la briga di collegarsi da remoto per mettermi nel regolatore( che avevo comprato nuovo) i parametri giusti per le tipologie di batterie che monto !! Onestamente parlando un servizio così meticoloso e attentoalle mie esigenze non mi era mai capitato . Sempre GENTILISSIMI e pronti a ripetermi le cose e ha mandarmi esempi applicativi via whatsapp con foto illustrative . Ultra consigliato Contacted company so by chance. I wanted to replace the photovoltaic panel in the camper, The story begins like this; they advised me to replace the charge regulator because mine seemed broken and believe me I asked people who call themselves competent, but in the end it emerged that the break was in the panel .. so I started looking for some company that would give me a minimum of trust at least by telephone. I was thus able to know Energiasolare that stood out among all for an incredible AVAILABILITY and PREPARATION !!! I tell you that once the whole system was finished Mr. Marco took the trouble to connect remotely to put me in the regulator (which I had bought new) the right parameters for the types of batteries I mount !! Honestly speaking, such meticulous and attentive service to my needs had never happened to me. Always VERY KIND and ready to repeat things to me and has send me application examples via whatsapp with illustrative photos. Ultra recommended

Tanto che ne ho comprati altri insieme ad inverter, batterie al litio ecc. Aggiungo che il personale è altamente qualificato e sono molto disponibili prima, durante e dopo l'acquisto. Dopo una serie di mail mi chiedono il numero di cellulare per essere contattato per maggiori informazioni su cosa mi serviva il prodotto, ma nessuna telefonata, ho provato a contattare il responsabile ma nulla,spariti . Esperienza pessima, ditta da scartare. In attesa di novità e sopratutto una risposta alla mia domanda, resta questo quello che penso. After a series of emails they ask me for my mobile number to be contacted for more information on what I needed the product, but no phone call, I tried to contact the manager but nothing, they disappeared. I ordered originally 8 x 270W 4 busbar solar panels. The delivery arrived promptly. The panels were above specification and had 5 busbars (better). My second delivery of 4 more panels had one panel damaged (not their fault) and they agreed to replace straight away (with photographic proof). I would not hesitate to use this company again.
