Impeccable quality and courtesy, moreover there is real attention and listening to the customer's requests without the arrogance and inadequacy of certain 'historic' Pordenone pastry shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to fire at least 2 of their snooty, self-important serving staff (1 serves outside, the other inside, both women). Similar experience as another reviewer Antonella Verardo (once, I sat outside once for 15 minutes, no one came, yet they served at least a dozen people inside that I counted during this time AND the outside server sauntered right by me, just having delivered coffee etc. across the street and went inside to do what, I do not know for the last 5 of those 15 minutes, after that I just left). Their pastries are over priced and average. 5 Star ratings here for Diana - La Pasticceria have to be FAKE (probably by staff or their friends or people that do not get out much). Gone to this place at least 4 times, same story. Never had a tiff with them if you are wondering, it's just a recollection of their service & product. There are many, many better places in the downtown (e.g., Peratoner) than this "love to throw attitude" yet average place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional service, yummy pastries and nice selection of dessert wines. Bought my birthday cake here, chocolate mousse was delicious and just enough decadence to celebrate! Took away some pastries too. Look forward to next year's indulgence.
