★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È scorretto chiedere il servizio al tavolo senza preavviso verbale o comunque che sia indicato in modo visibile per i clienti. Ma a prescindere dalla gestione mediocre dei giovani camerieri, € 6,80 per un caffè ed una cioccolata calda sono giustificati se ci si trova a piazza San Marco (Venezia) e non a in periferia di Ciampino.
 It is unfair to ask for table service without verbal notice or in any case that it is indicated in a visible way for customers. But regardless of the poor management of the young waiters, € 6.80 for a coffee and hot chocolate is justified if you are in Piazza San Marco (Venice) and not in the outskirts of Ciampino.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel complesso il locale, visto dall'esterno, meriterebbe 4 stelle, ma una volta seduti al tavolo si sono evidenziati tutti i problemi. Era domenica sera all'ora dell'aperitivo, locale pieno dentro e fuori, il personale seppur in numero adeguato (forse), non riusciva a stare dietro a tutti i tavoli con conseguenti notevoli ritardi e dimenticanze. Dopo una lunga attesa per avere i cocktail, abbiamo dovuto rinunciare alla parte di apericena già ordinata, perché dopo quasi 2 ore ci hanno confessato di non riuscire a soddisfare tutte le richieste.
Spero sia stato un caso eccezionale, perché la location merita di meglio.
Overall, the place, seen from the outside, deserves 4 stars, but once seated at the table all the problems were highlighted. It was Sunday evening at aperitif time, a place full inside and out, the staff, albeit in adequate numbers (perhaps), could not keep up with all the tables with consequent considerable delays and forgetfulness. After a long wait to get the cocktails, we had to give up the part of the apericena already ordered, because after almost 2 hours they confessed to us that they could not satisfy all requests.
I hope it was an exceptional case, because the location deserves better.
