Dovevo prendere delle piastrelle. Al momento della scelta erano disponibili ben oltre la mia richiesta (10000mq). Dopo 3 settimane (con 2 settimane di ferie natalizie di mezzo) mi telefonano dicendo che a causa di un problema al carico non sarebbero riusciti a fornirne neppure 40mq. Tempi d'attesa per la nuova fornitura? 2mesi. Grazie a mai più arrivederci
Unfortunately my experience is negative.
I had to get some tiles. At the time of choice, they were available well beyond my request (10000mq). After 3 weeks (with 2 weeks of Christmas holidays in between) they call me saying that due to a loading problem they would not have been able to supply even 40sqm. Waiting times for the new supply? 2 months. Thanks to never see you again

ASSOLUTAMENTE SI...T!torno dopo 2 anni, a seguito della decisione di fare ristrutturazione, domando se possono ordinare quelle piastrelle, risposta...non ne fanno più ma le servono anche sanitari?
Morale della favola ho dovuto chiedere io alla ditta se ne aveva e ho dovuto mettere una tipologia diversa....
The first purchase available, modest tiles, when asked if I needed others and they would have produced them ... ABSOLUTELY YES ... I will be back after 2 years, following the decision to make a renovation, I ask if they can order those tiles, answer ... they don't do it anymore but you also need sanitary ware?
Moral of the story I had to ask the company if it had and I had to put a different type ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio al bancone, migliorato nel tempo. Personalmente effettuato un ordine telefonico preciso, sono stato richiamato e avvisato puntualmente. Bene con i ricambi e prezzi corretti. Parcheggio un po difficile ma tutto sommato ci sono posti peggiori.
Migliorabile la gestione covid: con due entrate la coda non è gestita bene. Alle volte dipende anche dal mancato rispetto delle persone e non dal negozio.
Great service at the counter, improved over time. Personally placed a precise telephone order, I was called back and promptly notified. Well with the correct parts and prices. Parking a bit difficult but all in all there are worse places.
The covid management can be improved: with two entries the queue is not managed well. Sometimes it also depends on the lack of respect for people and not the shop.
