D	Donata del mastro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato,sono stata cliente da quando ha aperto, ora non più ,purtroppo la signorina bruna capelli lunghi con occhiali all'accettazione ,assolutamente inadatta a gestire il front -end .I medici invece erano speciali ,gentilissimi e bravissimi ,solo che dovrebbero prestare più attenzione quando assumono il personale,non tutti hanno la pazienza di accogliere il cliente in modo adeguato .Mi spiace averli abbandonati. F	Francesco Spinella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratorio confusionario atto solo a fare fatturato a me hanno sbagliato esami e per scoprire i valori reali ho dovuto fare dei contro analisi in altri due laboratori che hanno confermato l,errore ovviamente spese sostenute da me poca professionalità mai più da loro zero stelle ma non posso pubblicare ne devo mettere almeno una Confusing laboratory only designed to make a turnover for me they got the wrong tests and to find out the real values I had to do counter analyzes in two other laboratories that confirmed the error, obviously expenses incurred by me little professionalism never again from them zero stars but I can not to publish I have to put at least one

Entrambe le signore dell'accettazione mancano di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti. Inoltre, tantissime volte, per la loro incapacita' e poca voglia di lavorare, sono dovuta andare a ritirare le analisi di persona da fuori Messina (magari perche' erano troppi fogli per le signorine da caricare nel referto online!!!). Vergognosi. I medici sono avviamente molto bravi, altrimenti non ci sarei piu' andata, ma il personale di segreteria mi tenta ad abbandonarli.... Ma come sono state selezionate? The rudeness and lack of professionalism and respect of the reception staff is really unacceptable. Both ladies of the acceptance disrespect customers. Moreover, many times, due to their inability and little desire to work, I had to go and collect the analyzes in person from outside Messina (perhaps because there were too many sheets for the young ladies to upload to the online report !!!). Shameful. The doctors are very good at first, otherwise I would not have gone there again, but the secretarial staff tempts me to abandon them .... But how were they selected?

Vorrei dedicare due righe alle ragazze e alla dottoressa in accettazione, pazienti e disponibili, nonostante a volte si tenda ad esagerare nei loro confronti. C si aspetta educazione ma dovremmo essere noi primi a portarla verso coloro che lì ci lavorano (di certo non si divertono nel gestire determinate situazione) Complimenti anche alla dottoressa e alla ragazza che ha seguito il tampone, molto delicata e attenta Non posso che ritenermi soddisfatto, continuate così!!! I went yesterday for a molecular swab, I booked without difficulty and, indeed, a lot of clarity on their part. I would like to dedicate a few lines to the girls and the doctor in admission, patient and helpful, although sometimes we tend to exaggerate them. C expects education but we should be the first to bring it to those who work there (they certainly don't enjoy handling certain situations) Congratulations also to the doctor and the girl who followed the swab, very delicate and attentive I can only be satisfied, keep it up !!!
