Ottimo centro antidiabetico dove c'è il dottor Vecchiato, luminare di alto livello per non parlare del dottor. Riccardi Pietro e del tecnico Elvira Simeone alle tac. M	Maria Rosaria Improta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi operatori, la diagnostica è eccellente,purtroppo disorganizzati per tutte le operazioni al piano terra, sportelli organizzati malissimo, caos totale. piuttosto sgarbato lo sportello n 10, non con me, ma ho assistito ad un certo nervosismo, evidentemente non sono messi in condizione di lavorare serenamente.Per loro fortuna in zona non c è di meglio. Excellent operators, diagnostics are excellent, unfortunately disorganized for all operations on the ground floor, badly organized branches, total chaos. counter n 10 rather rude, not with me, but I witnessed a certain nervousness, evidently they are not put in a position to work peacefully. Fortunately for them there is no better in the area.

Fatta questa premessa, a mio modesto parere, un paio di cose andrebbero migliorate/implementate. Sicuramente un maggior utilizzo digitale di tutte quelle informative inerenti blocchi delle ricette, offerte promozionali, prezzario analisi, ecc...sarebbe davvero un'ottima cosa poter visualizzare sul vostro sito ufficiale o sui social, tutte queste notizie senza dover chiamare o recarsi di persona al centro e scoprirle poi all'ultimo minuto. Ultima cosa, se mi è consentita, avere all'ingresso della sala d'attesa una persona che possa facilmente direzionare, consigliare, proporre, aiutare di primo impatto il paziente, sarebbe davvero un'ottima cosa. Le guardie giurate, con tutta la buona volontà, non sono proprio in grado di fare ciò...più volte li ho trovati impreparati ed in seria difficoltà su semplici quesiti posti, meglio evitare proprio di chiedere, che mantenessero l'ordine in sala ed il distanziamento, basta! Utilizzare invece una vostra risorsa nella hall della sala, eviterebbe in alcuni casi lunghe attese, disguidi vari ed incomprensioni futili. Historical center of analysis and more, it represents an excellence entirely made in Italy, and these days it is no small thing. Having said that, in my humble opinion, a couple of things should be improved / implemented. Surely a greater digital use of all those information relating to recipe blocks, promotional offers, price analysis, etc ... it would be really good to be able to view all these news on your official website or on social networks without having to call or go in person in the center and then discover them at the last minute. Last thing, if I am allowed, to have at the entrance to the waiting room a person who can easily direct, advise, propose, help the patient at first glance, would be a really good thing. The security guards, with all their good will, are not really able to do this ... several times I have found them unprepared and in serious difficulty on simple questions, better to avoid just asking, that they keep order in the room and the spacing, enough! Instead, using one of your resources in the hall of the room would in some cases avoid long waits, various misunderstandings and futile misunderstandings.

Ma resta l'unico vero centro diagnostico polifunzionale della nostra città che ha un po' tutto. Il personale dovrebbe essere un po' più garbato. Per fortuna le "nuove leve" sembrano esserlo e questo fa ben sperare. 4 stelle tra passato ottimo presente sufficiente e futuro "speranzoso" :) I must say that compared to past years it has not improved, quite the contrary. It has several organizational flaws. But it remains the only true multifunctional diagnostic center in our city that has a bit of everything. The staff should be a little more polite. Fortunately, the "new generation" seem to be and this bodes well. 4 stars between past excellent present sufficient and "hopeful" future :)
G	G L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era da un po' di tempo che non mi trovavo al centro. L ho trovato caotico, male organizzato e l addetto alla cassa numero 5 non molto disponibile. Ti manda sopra a fare un esame senza indicare la stanza e oltre all esame che avevamo prenotato non ha voluto prenotare un altro esame ( privato tra l' altro) perché a suo dire impegnato con le persone in fila. Mah It had been a while since I had been in the center. I found him chaotic, badly organized and the number 5 cashier not very helpful. He sends you over to take an exam without indicating the room and in addition to the exam we had booked he did not want to book another exam (private by the way) because he said he was busy with people in line. Mah

Mi sono recata di Sabato ore 12.15,quasi a chiusura del centro con un’emergenza,tutto il personale,dall’accettazione ai dottori, si sono prodigati per aiutarmi e ci sono riusciti. In poco più di un’ora sono riuscita ad ottenere i risultati di alcune analisi, grazie al laboratorio interno al centro stesso. Inoltre, sono stata contatta scrupolosamente dalla dott.ssa che prima di andar via si è premurata di accertarsi che io avessi ricevuto i risultati.Davvero centro e eccellente per la qualità dei servizi e per la disponibilità e professionalità del personale medico. Ho deciso quindi di condividere la mia esperienza...Settimana scorsa mi sono recata con mia figlia al centro per le analisi del sangue che fà per la gravidanza. Nuovamente solo allo sportello veniamo a sapere che la segretaria del dottore ha sbagliato un'altra volta le ricette con le esenzioni. Il ragazzo al front-office, in modo cortese e gentile, mi fa presente della cosa in maniera abbastanza esaustiva, venendo finalmente a conoscenza che sul sito del ministero c'è la possibilità di scaricare un documento con tutte le esenzioni in gravidanza cosicchè possa la prossima volta controllare autonomamente le ricette del medico. Per non tirarla sulle lunghe, alla fine paghiamo quasi tutto ma almeno posso dire che in soli 2 giorni, e ripeto in 48 ore, erano già tutte pronte sulla mia casella di posta elettronica. Ringrazio immensamente per la dritta ricevuta e consiglio quindi a tutte le donne gravide, di scaricare da internet questo "allegato 10" con tutte le esenzioni.
