Sono andata al Rifugio in occasione di un evento di presentazione libro e compleanno di Mary, il maiale ? adulto (ce ne sono due, anche uno più piccolo salvato da morte certa destinato alla macellazione che ora scorrazza per il prato e grufola con gioia!) e avevano allestito oltre al banchetto per firmare l'abolizione della caccia, anche un buffet con torta. Hanno una struttura molto bella con due asinelli e tanti cani. C'è un orticello sul fondo della proprietà e attorno aperta campagna. Abbiamo parlato con le ragazze che si occupano degli animali e ci hanno portati a fare una passeggiata li attorno, coinvolgendo i bambini a raccogliere ghiande da portare a Mary.
Tramite l'acquisto di alcuni loro prodotti come gadget o calendario del rifugio e bevande, si contribuisce alla donazione di fondi per le attività presso la struttura. Consiglio tantissimo la visita! Apre cuore e mente chiaccherare con queste persone e vedere questi animali!
What a dream a place like this. And the people who work there are to be admired and rewarded.
I went to the Refuge on the occasion of a book presentation and birthday event for Mary, the adult pig (there are two of them, even a smaller one saved from certain death destined for slaughter that now runs around the lawn and roots with joy!) and in addition to the banquet to sign the abolition of hunting, they had also set up a buffet with cake. They have a very nice structure with two donkeys and many dogs. There is a small garden at the bottom of the property and open countryside around it. We talked to the girls who look after the animals and they took us for a walk around them, involving the children in collecting acorns to take to Mary.
By purchasing some of their products such as gadgets or the shelter calendar and drinks, you contribute to the donation of funds for the activities at the facility. I highly recommend the visit! It opens heart and mind to chat with these people and see these animals!
