Poco professionali e poco seri.
Il mio fidanzato ha comprato un anello di fidanzamento chiedendo una misura NOVE e gli è stata consegnata una 15. (Primo errore)
Quando mi ha consegnato l'anello notiamo ovviamente l'enorme dimensione dell'anello e lo riportiamo indietro chiedendo di farlo stringere.
A quel punto, il proprietario inizia a dire che non era possibile farlo dato che la tipologia di anello non lo consentiva, in quanto circondato da brillantini, e che stringendolo sarebbero caduti tutti i brillanti. La soluzione da lui proposta era di ordinarne uno nuovo della mia misura pagando un extra a nostre spese (per un errore commesso da loro e dalla loro incompetenza).
Ovviamente diciamo di non aver intenzione di pagare alcun extra e magicamente decidono di fare stringere l'anello.
Dopo meno di un mese, OVVIAMENTE, l'anello perde il primo brillantino, ritorniamo in gioielleria e chiediamo stavolta di ordinarne uno nuovo come era giusto e la risposta è stata negativa.
Mi auguro che questo non sia il loro modo abituale di lavorare ma si sono dimostrati poco seri, poso professionali, incompetenti al massimo e poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente.
Che pena.

Unprofessional and not serious.
My fiancé bought an engagement ring asking for a size NINE and was given a 15. (First mistake)
When he handed me the ring we obviously notice the enormous size of the ring and we bring it back asking to have it tightened.
At that point, the owner begins to say that it was not possible to do this since the type of ring did not allow it, as it was surrounded by glitter, and that if it was tightened, all the diamonds would fall. The solution he proposed was to order a new one of my size by paying extra at our expense (for a mistake made by them and their incompetence).
Obviously we say we have no intention of paying any extra and magically decide to have the ring tightened.
After less than a month, OBVIOUSLY, the ring loses its first diamond, we go back to the jewelry store and this time we ask to order a new one as it was right and the answer was negative.
I hope that this is not their usual way of working but they proved not to be serious, I pose professional, incompetent to the utmost and not very attentive to the needs of the customer.
Such a pity.
