Two months ago I had a problem with my number as I could not process anymore any call therefore I decided to come inside this shop to explain my issue in order to solve it ASAP
The big man at the door did not help me as he was only able to speak italian.
Well, how can Vodafone claim to be an international firm if its shop assistants do not speak English ????????

I've been forced to throw out the SIM card I've bought at another shop despite I paid lot of money to receive zero service.
Vodafone shops in Italy are so far from their "cousins" in Malta....
