★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho compraro una cucina montata nel mese di novembre 2019 e funzionante dal mese di febbraio 2020. A Marzo li ho contattati per aggiustare delle piccole cose e per far presente di un problema che segnalava il piano induzione. Mi hanno detto di chiamare l assistenza da quel momento se ne sono lavati le mani. Da marzo ad oggi l induzione si è rotto 4 volte lasciandoci senza poter mangiare un piatto caldo per diversi mesi. L ultima volta il 20 dicembre in piena zona rossa, covid e festività natalizie. Li ho chiamati e mi hanno spiegato che loro possono seguire solo la garanzia per la cucina, non per gli elettrodomestici. Io credo che l induzione sia uscito difettato e visto che me lo hanno montato loro e io ho pagato loro vorrei un minino di garanzia anche da loro. Ho richieso un nuovo tecnico di assistenza o un nuovo piano: mi dicono solo di contattare la casa madre. Addirittura mi hanno detto che se avessi comprato l induzione da mediaworld avrei avuto lo stesso problema. Ecco, forse la cucina ci si può comprare ma gli elettrodomestici no perchè loro si prendono i soldi e ti lasciano in mano all assistenza. Spero che almeno la cucina non di problemi in futuro
I bought a kitchen assembled in November 2019 and working since February 2020. In March I contacted them to fix some small things and to point out a problem that signaled the induction hob. They told me to call for assistance ever since if they washed their hands of it. From March to today the induction has broken 4 times leaving us unable to eat a hot dish for several months. The last time on December 20 in the middle of the red zone, covid and Christmas holidays. I called them and they explained that they can only follow the warranty for the kitchen, not for the appliances. I believe that the induction came out defective and since they mounted it for me and I paid them I would like a minimum guarantee from them too. I have requested a new service technician or a new plan: they just tell me to contact the parent company. They even told me that if I had bought induction from mediaworld I would have had the same problem. Well, maybe you can buy the kitchen but the appliances can't because they take the money and leave you in the hands of assistance. I hope at least the kitchen won't have any problems in the future
