A	Antonio Daddato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dispiace dare 1 stella. non mi capita mai da quando sono una Guida Locale certificata Google, pero' la mnia esperienza è stata molto negativa. mi sono affacciato in negozio per una portabilita' di numero, passando da un operatore a un altro. mi è stato chiesto il pagamento di 25 euro ( 5 euro attivazione e 20 euro di ricarica). fin qui tutto bene, preciso e rapido. Dopo una settimana (canonici 4/5 giorni lavorativi) la portabilita' va in porto. usando il device mi accorgo che non si collega a internet e non riesco a fare telefonate. la cosa appare alquanto strana e sono costretto, mio malgrado, ad attaccarmi al servizio clienti per capire questa anomalia, non potendo neanche scaricare l'APP dei costi e servizi. l'operatrice mi fa notare che il mio credito è a -8€ al che sorrido e le dico che è praticamente impossibile, poichè avevo circa 4 euro del vecchio operatore e le 20€ di ricarica. chiudo e dopo un paio di giorni torno a Canosa per andare nello stesso centro dove ho fatto il passaggio. La soluzione viene a galla, con molta "nonchalant" mi dice: "si, le faccio subito le ricariche". Il dubbio rimarra' sempre ( se non fossi tornato... avrei mai avuto 15€ di ricarica e non 20€ come pattuito???)...ma la mia presenza non ci sara' piu'. Sorry to give 1 star. it has never happened to me since I am a certified Google Local Guide, but my experience has been very negative. I went to the shop for a number portability, passing from one operator to another. I was asked to pay 25 euros (5 euros for activation and 20 euros for top-up). so far so good, precise and fast. After a week (canonical 4/5 working days) the portability goes through. using the device I realize that it does not connect to the internet and I cannot make phone calls. the thing appears somewhat strange and I am forced, in spite of myself, to attach myself to customer service to understand this anomaly, not even being able to download the costs and services APP. the operator points out to me that my credit is at -8 € at which I smile and tell her that it is practically impossible, as I had about 4 euros from the old operator and the 20 € to top up. I close and after a couple of days I go back to Canosa to go to the same center where I made the switch. The solution comes to the surface, with a lot of "nonchalant" he tells me: "yes, I will immediately refill you". The doubt will always remain (if I had not returned ... I would have never had a 15 € top-up and not 20 € as agreed ???) ... but my presence will no longer be there.
