Sconsiglio vivamente le tapparelle e le finestre, le prime non sono state montate/progettate bene e, a distanza di mesi, non siamo ancora riusciti a risolverne definitivamente i problemi; per le seconde, l'azienda produttrice (Piva) ha spedito una finestra con apertura al contrario rispetto al nostro ordine e un'altra con il vetro danneggiato. Ha poi cambiato entrambe ma non è stato piacevole! Il box doccia è meraviglioso però è arrivato con un graffio evidente di colore nero su vetro trasparente, in seguito abbiamo effettuato un trattamento facendo andare via il colore! La lastra decorativa del portone è stata consegnata con alcune bruciature ed è poi stata cambiata. La parte peggiore è sicuramente quella delle tapparelle, addirittura stiamo pensando di cambiarle ingaggiando altro fornitore!
I dipendenti fanno il loro mestiere ed hanno molta pazienza però ci sono stati troppi inconvenienti sulla ristrutturazione complessiva.
They are kind and helpful but we had a lot of problems. I strongly advise against rolling shutters and windows, the former have not been assembled / designed well and, after months, we have not yet been able to definitively solve the problems; for the latter, the manufacturing company (Piva) shipped a window with the opposite opening compared to our order and another with damaged glass. He then changed both but it was not pleasant! The shower enclosure is wonderful but it arrived with an evident black scratch on transparent glass, then we carried out a treatment making the color go away! The decorative plate of the door was delivered with some burns and was then changed. The worst part is certainly that of the shutters, we are even thinking of changing them by hiring another supplier!
The employees do their job and have a lot of patience but there have been too many inconveniences on the overall restructuring.
