Sono stato li per sostituire le lenti agli occhiali da sole (lenti da vista), dopo piu di 7 giorni mi sono stati consegnati gli occhiali con le lenti nuove ma con la montatura rotta nella parte superiore ed incollata, ma la cosa piu triste e' che mi sono stati riconsegnati senza notificarmi nulla, me ne sono accorto solo successivamente... E poi altro ancora... nella stessa circostanza (che non sto a raccontarvi ) ho dovuto attendere circa un mese per riavere poi una montatura nuova chiaramente diversa dall'originale (non piu acquistabile) con nuove lenti da vista/sole ma udite udite anch'essa leggermente rovinata nella parte centrale dove sono i naselli... Un aggiornamento : la montatura che mi e' stata offerta, da circa un mese dalla consegna non e'' piu utilizzabile in quanto si e' spezzata una stanghetta, ho provato a contattre il marchio (Safilo) per avere assistenza attraverso un rivenditore e mi e' stato riferito e soprattutto scritto su mail che la montatura e' irreparabile in quanto fuori produzione dal 2003 ........lascio a voi lettori ogni commento. Lo credo bene che si sia rotta una stanghetta , l' occhiale ha 15 anni .....gran brutta esperienza,personale non proprio cortese e stizzito soprattutto dopo aver recato un danno ad un cliente...vi sembra corretto? Non mettero mai piu piede in quel negozio. Bad experience! I was there to replace the lenses for sunglasses (prescription lenses), after more than 7 days I was given the glasses with new lenses but with the frame broken at the top and glued, but the saddest thing is that they were returned to me without notifying me, I only realized it later ... And then much more ... in the same circumstance (which I am not going to tell you about) I had to wait about a month to get back a new frame clearly different from the original (no longer available) with new prescription / sun lenses but listen, listen too 'it slightly damaged in the central part where the nose pads are ... An update: the frame that was offered to me, for about a month from delivery, is no longer usable because a temple has broken, I tried to contact the brand (Safilo) for assistance through a dealer and I it was reported and above all written on e-mail that the frame is irreparable as it has been out of production since 2003 ........ I leave every comment to you readers. I think it is good that a temple has broken, the glasses are 15 years old ..... great bad experience, staff not exactly courteous and angry especially after having caused damage to a customer ... does it seem correct? I will never set foot in that shop again.

Ho trovato commesse scortesi al limite della maleducazione e prezzi molto più alti rispetto al passato e non più concorrenziali rispetto ad altri negozi di ottica di Civitavecchia e dintorni. Non consiglio più questo negozio. I returned to this shop after a few years. I found rude orders bordering on rudeness and prices much higher than in the past and no more competitive than other optical shops in Civitavecchia and surroundings. I don't recommend this shop anymore.

Il suggerimento che mi era stato dato di recarmi da loro per occhiali da vista ha mantenuto le aspettative. lenti e montatura prenotate che mi verranno consegnate a domicilio (sono di Grosseto). Consigliatissimo. Prezzi veramente concorrenziali Estimated and visited on 4 August. Friendly and professional staff. The suggestion I was given to visit them for prescription glasses lived up to expectations. reserved lenses and frames that will be delivered to my home (I'm from Grosseto). Highly recommended. Really competitive prices
