I proprietari gentilissimi e attenti sul servizio tavoli.Bravo il cuoco che propone ottimi piatti con particolari accostamenti con i sapori proposti. Poi la gentilezza del gestore, un vero esperto della materia prima che offre, il pesce, e della cameriera ma soprattutto la qualità della materia prima e l entusiasmo del giovane cuoco. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, conosciuto la corba rossa del Gargano, carne delicata dal leggero sentore di crostacei di cui si nutre, deliziose le acciughe, la tartare di tonno e il carpaccio di salmone, buona la tempura di baccalà e le ostriche di diversa provenienza . Una cena ottima e di qualità. Punti deboli : il prezzo che abbiamo trovato leggermente salato soprattutto per un Bistrot, molto carino ma pur sempre non dotato di tovagliato di tessuto e con qualche altra piccola pecca sulla quale voglio sorvolare perché davvero è stata una piacevole sorpresa trovare prodotti di tale qualità in questa zona. Consiglio al simpatico e davvero gentile gestore di indicare tutti i prezzi, se non scrivendoli , visto che il menu varia a seconda del pescato e dei prodotti freschi del giorno, almeno a voce. Quindi se ci andrete, per non rimanere poi ingiustamente delusi, chiedete, prima di ordinare Da di Leo Bistrot state certi che il pesce lo troverete fresco e la gentilezza è assicurata. We had dinner in this Bistrot because it was recommended to us by friends. Clean and tidy place with open kitchen. Then the kindness of the manager, a true expert in the raw material he offers, the fish, and of the waitress but above all the quality of the raw material and the enthusiasm of the young cook. We ate very well, met the red corba of the Gargano, delicate meat with a slight hint of shellfish it feeds on, delicious anchovies, tuna tartare and salmon carpaccio, good cod tempura and oysters from different origins. An excellent and quality dinner. Weak points: the price we found slightly salty especially for a Bistrot, very nice but still not equipped with fabric tablecloths and with some other small flaw on which I want to overlook because it was really a pleasant surprise to find products of this quality in this area. I recommend to the nice and really kind manager to indicate all the prices, if not writing them, since the menu varies according to the catch and fresh products of the day, at least verbally. So if you go there, in order not to be unfairly disappointed, ask, before ordering Da di Leo Bistrot you can be sure that you will find the fish fresh and kindness is guaranteed.
