★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banco carne presente da anni al mercato Trionfale, proveniente dallabruzzo. Scelta di tagli scottona a prezzi ragionevoli. Ordinando per Pasqua labbacchio per 4 persone ci siamo trovati 6 kg di carne, purtroppo la persona che lha ritirato e pagato 73 euro non era competente. La porzione media sarebve max 300 g / testa quindi 1,5 kg. Ci mangeremo per almeno 3 domeniche, ahimè surgelandolo.
Personale affabile ma che tende a vendere il piu possibile quindi specificate il peso più che le persone e non fatevi consigliare troppo.

Ordering for Easter Lipacchio for 4 people we found 6 kg of meat, unfortunately the person who collected it and paid 73 euros was not competent. The average portion would be max 300 g / head therefore 1.5 kg. We will eat there for at least 3 Sundays, alas freezing it.
Friendly staff but who tend to sell as much as possible so specify the weight more than the people and don't get too much advice.
