Abbiamo fatto una grossa ristrutturazione al nostro appartamento in zona Borghesiana di circa 120mq, la casa è venuta esattamente come volevamo. Hanno rifatto tutto...impianti elettrici, termici, idraulici, hanno rifatto i pavimenti,i rivestimenti e la tinteggiatura... hanno cambiato gli infissi, le porte le finestre.Tra i migliori a Roma. In circa un mese e qualche giorno hanno ristrutturato completamente l'appartamento, ciò ha riguardato il rifacimento integrale di tutti gli impianti esistenti (idrico ed elettrico),la sostituzione degli infissi, la predisposizione dei nuovi impianti (riscaldamento, climatizzazione e video allarme), la posa della nuova pavimentazione, la redistribuzione interna con lo spostamento di alcuni tramezzi. Il tutto in modo molto preciso. Una esperienza senza dubbio positiva. C'è da sottolineare il fatto che ho avuto la fortuna di trovare una ditta in grado di consigliarmi al meglio per ogni tipo di intervento. Un appoggio sincero e professionale. Questa ditta ha sicuramente prezzi competitivi sul mercato, anche le forniture da capitolato sono di ottima qualità e di marchi famosi, noi abbiamo rifatto pavimenti, bagno infissi e porta blindata, abbattuto murature, impianti elettrici, cartongesso, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Consiglio vivamente la scelta di questa impresa, i titolari sono persone molto gentili e professionali. Sicuramente una delle migliori sul territorio.
