★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato con il delivery due astici VIVI, ho ricevuto due (2?) astici smembrati ridotti in condizioni pietose dentro due scatole (secondo me anche igienicamente discutibili)
Me ne sono accorta appena salita a casa, dopo circa due minuti, li ho richiamati (era poco prima delle 14) e mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere subito come rimediare.
Spariti. Li ho chiamati, ho mandato messaggi, non mi hanno più risposto, davvero vergognosi.
Posso capire la confusione dell'ultimo giorno dell'anno, ma se mi avessero detto che non potevano rimediare mi sarei arrangiata diversamente. Non rispondere è semplicemente inqualificabile, li sconsiglio vivamente.
Mai cucinato un astice ridotto così!
I ordered two LIVING lobsters with the delivery, I received two (2?) Dismembered lobsters reduced to pitiful conditions in two boxes (in my opinion also hygienically questionable)
I noticed it as soon as I got home, after about two minutes, I called them back (it was just before 2pm) and they told me they would let me know immediately how to fix it.
Gone. I called them, I sent messages, they never answered me again, really ashamed.
I can understand the confusion of the last day of the year, but if they had told me they could not fix it I would have arranged differently. Not answering is simply unspeakable, I strongly advise against them.
Never cooked a lobster like this!

4stelle per un capello nell'insalata di mare, che può capire senza dubbio, ma mi sarei aspettato un comportamento differente da parte dei proprietari,avvistati al mio rientro in casa.

4 stars for a hair in the seafood salad, which you can understand without a doubt, but I would have expected a different behavior from the owners, spotted on my return home.
