Chiamo il servizio clienti e l'operatore in cinque minuti mi dice prima che il corriere non è riuscito a consegnare il pacco perché l'indirizzo è inesatto, poi che il pacco è stato smarrito e infine che è stato rispedito al mittente. Quando richiedo il numero di telefono del distributore di Piacenza mi chiude il telefono. Davvero tutto assurdo.
Shipping never delivered, have not even tried. I call customer service and the operator in five minutes tells me first that the courier was unable to deliver the package because the address is incorrect, then that the package was lost and finally that it was sent back to the sender. When I ask for the phone number of the Piacenza distributor, I close the phone. Really absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pur avendo contattato il numero verde (con non troppa facilità) e inviate più mail non sono riuscito a ricevere il mio pacco. Ho chiesto di poter lasciare un nuovo recapito al corriere ma l'assurda burocrazia che avete non lo ha permesso ed ora dopo tre settimane di attesa il pacco ritorna al mittente. Con altri corrieri nessun problema, mi spiegate come mai voi non trovate l'indirizzo?
Servizio PESSIMO
Despite having contacted the toll-free number (not too easily) and sending more emails, I was unable to receive my package. I asked to be able to leave a new delivery to the courier but the absurd bureaucracy you have has not allowed it and now after three weeks of waiting the parcel returns to the sender. With other couriers no problem, can you explain to me why you can't find the address?
