Після надання документів по запиту посилка проходить додаткову перевірку вже більше 2 тижнів. Емейл можуть ігнорувати, термінів закічення перевірки не вказують
There were no problems with any part of the city, except the Italian one
After providing documents on request, the parcel is subject to additional verification for more than 2 weeks. Email can be ignored, check deadlines are not specified

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to the tracking system, the package (Russia to Italy) was collected in Russia on 6 July and left transit hub in Poland on 9 July. Today is 3 August and I have no information where the package is. No one replies to my emails anymore and no one answers the phone. I am leaving Italy today and my package will be lost most likely. Terrible service.
PS: there is a note on a website that due to Covid the packages might be delayed. It is summer of 2021. This excuse is way way overdue and it is a shame this company uses it.
