Dopo numerose segnalazioni e solleciti sono dovuto andare a ritirare di persona la mia spedizione ferma da 3 giorni senza motivo, facendomi 100km. Eviterò di sceglierli visto che hanno tutti questi problemi a consegnare nella mia zona.
10 to the operator at the counter for availability but 0 to the DHL courier. After numerous reports and reminders I had to go and personally collect my shipment that has been stopped for 3 days without reason, making me 100km. I will avoid choosing them as they have all these problems delivering in my area.

I was told my envelope was stolen at the Brescia branch. How is it possible? To solve they make you speak to a toll number. Nice! I put a star because it cannot be published without it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'unica stella che metto è per la signora molto gentile che mi ha ascoltato ed aiutato in reception, per recuperare un pacco di provenienza dagli Stati Uniti, bloccato in dogana. Dopo una decina di email scambiate in cui mi hanno chiesto vari documenti (non sempre quelli giusti tra l'altro), che ho mandato ad ogni volta, mi sento dire che Il mio pacco è bloccato alla dogana perché non rispondo alle email. Forse riesco a vedere questi regali natalizi (mandati il giorno 03/12 ) prima del nuovo anno. DHL non può rendere un servizio così. La prossima volta mi affido alle Poste, i loro prezzi almeno sono in linea con il servizio.
The only star I put is for the very kind lady who listened to me and helped me at the reception, to retrieve a package from the United States, blocked at customs. After about ten emails exchanged in which they asked me for various documents (not always the right ones by the way), which I sent each time, I am told that my package is blocked at customs because I do not answer the emails. Maybe I can see these Christmas gifts (sent on 03/12) before the new year. DHL cannot provide such a service. Next time I rely on the Post Office, their prices at least are in line with the service.
