β β β β β The staff is generally helpful and efficient, BUT, when there is a problem, as in a late delivery, they will not take ownership of the situation. I was referred to the Milan office and they absolutely REFUSE to take ownership or do anything about it. I did not (yet) file a dispute with my credit card provider but I may. I am waiting for an answer from the Milan office but in reality, I do not believe that they will address my complaint.
