Dopo numerose telefonate alla DHL con numero a pagamento sono riuscito a capire che il pacco era stato lasciato presso un'edicola distante parecchi chilometri da casa mia. Loro stessi mi hanno detto che è uso dei vettori DHL a Catania di lasciare direttamente i pacchi ai punti di ritiro quando non hanno voglia di passare all'indirizzo di recapito, se li hanno pochi pacchi. Servizio da terzo mondo. Non acquisterò più prodotti da fornitori che utilizzano DHL
