★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi e disgustosi, incapaci di fare il servizio per cui sono pagati e con un servizio clienti che è una chimera, rispondono alle e-mail con richiesta di info dando numeri vari del servizio clienti, numeri che o squillano a vuoto o invitano a mandare mail con il disco registrato. MAI PIU'
 Bad and disgusting, unable to do the service for which they are paid and with customer service that is a pipe dream, they respond to emails with requests for info by giving various customer service numbers, numbers that either ring empty or invite you to send mail with the recorded disc. NEVER AGAIN'

A volte si forma troppa coda ma è a causa di spedizioni o richieste particolari dei clienti, una seconda persona al banco aiuterebbe per sbrigare le spedizioni e ritiri veloci di chi è fuori ad aspettare al sole cocente o sotto la pioggia (manca un luogo riparato per attendere all’esterno da quando le normative anti covid impediscono a più di una persona di entrare negli uffici)
They are always super helpful and kind. Sometimes there is too much queue but it is due to shipments or special requests from customers, a second person at the counter would help to hurry up shipments and quick collections of those who are outside waiting in the scorching sun or in the rain (there is no sheltered place for wait outside since anti-covid regulations prevent more than one person from entering the offices)
