★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Premetto che i problemi segnalati, li ho avuti con la ditta "Bacco": ora la ragione sociale è cambiata e non conosco se tale modifica ha coinvolto anche le "strategie aziendali". Pertanto qualsiasi critica è problema indicato in questa recensione si riferisce alla precedente "azienda".
Acquistato materiale (piastrelle, mobili e accessori bagno, pezzi speciali, ecc.) per 10.000 euro riscontrando problemi che non sono stati risolti o risolti a fatica (solo il lavello bagno).
Esempi:
- Acquistato piatto doccia misura 1.20x0.80 e il relativo box doccia con misura estensibile che al massimo arrivava a 1.19x0.79.
- Mobile bagno con relativo lavello consegnati rispettivamente destro e sinistro (risolto).
- Chiesto al rappresentante lo stucco per le piastrelle dello stesso colore delle piastrelle (gli avevo detto che non volevo "vedere" le fughe) mi è stato consegnato bianco.
- Non trovato nel materiale consegnato due scatole di piastrelle (mosaico valore circa 250 euro) che il rappresentate non ha voluto riconoscermi.
- ecc.
Esperienza estremamente negativa.
