Le lezioni sono sempre ricche di spunti di riflessioni. Consigliatissimo. Non ti senti mai a disagio, anche se non sei proprio uno sportivo... Ti seguono e ti consigliano l'allenamento più adatto alle tue esigenze senza mai strafare. There is a gym, it's LA gym!
