★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale si presenta pulito e ordinato, il personale gentile. I prezzi sono bassi infatti abituata ai prezzi di Milano che per una piega prendono dai 23 ai 26 euro io ne ho spesi 18. L' unica pecca è che avevo preso appuntamento ma questo non è stato rispettato. Ho dovuto aspettare il mio turno.
The restaurant looks clean and tidy, the staff are friendly. The prices are low, in fact, accustomed to the prices in Milan that take a turn from 23 to 26 euros I spent 18. The only flaw is that I had made an appointment but this was not respected. I had to wait my turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver speso 80 euro con il risultato di 2 colori diversi in testa senza volerli e il minimo dare 1 stella... Non c'è niente di male a sbagliare ma se un cliente chiede gentilmente di sistemare la situazione e gli viene negato insistendo che i capelli sono bellissimi così non mi sembra un atteggiamento professionale... 1° esperienza negativa e ovviamente non ci torno visto il trattamento nullo per risolvere... Cercando di rimediare con una messa in piega (forzata) che non mi serviva affatto. Mi dispiace.
After spending 80 euros with the result of 2 different colors in the head without wanting them and the minimum giving 1 star ... There is nothing wrong with making a mistake but if a customer politely asks to fix the situation and is denied insisting that the hair is beautiful so it does not seem to me a professional attitude ... 1st negative experience and of course I won't go back there given the null treatment to solve ...
