★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMO SERVIZIO , in più occasioni sono stata costretta ad una attesa e ad una fila di oltre un ora per poi sentirsi dire che era sopraggiunto l’orario di chiusura , per non parlare dell’atteggiamento arrogante e privo di rispetto del direttore .
BAD SERVICE, on several occasions I was forced to wait and queue for over an hour only to be told that the closing time had come, not to mention the arrogant and disrespectful attitude of the manager.
