★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte il modo svogliato e scontroso di rispondere, la mia carta è sospesa da 6 mesi: sono stata chiamata da Milano un mese dopo averla fatta perchè "risultava un problema di non si sa quale natura" che mi sarei dovuta far risolvere subito sennò la mia carta si sarebbe bloccata in una settimana. Mi presento in via Nizza e mi dicono che effettivamente mancava un modulo (bravi!), compilo e firmo di nuovo tutti i documenti. Pensavo fosse tutto risolto invece la mia carta risulta ancora sospesa. Non mi hanno saputo dire il motivo e il problema non è stato ancora risolto nonostante sia andata mille volte di persona, abbia chiamato mille volte sia questa filiale che quella di Milano e abbia compilato dei moduli tutti uguali che probabilmente mi fanno compilare ogni volta solo per prendere tempo. Ho i miei stipendi bloccati ed è la mia unica carta. Non ho più contanti e mi hanno creato un disagio enorme senza nemmeno scusarsi. Non vedo l'ora che me la sblocchino solo per poter trasferire tutti i soldi e tagliare la carta!
Apart from the listless and surly way of answering, my card has been suspended for 6 months: I was called from Milan a month after making it because "it turned out to be a problem of what kind" I would have had to resolve immediately my card would be blocked in a week. I introduce myself in via Nizza and they tell me that actually a module was missing (good!), Compile and sign all the documents again. I thought it was all resolved but my card is still suspended. They have not been able to tell me the reason and the problem has not yet been solved even though it has gone a thousand times in person, has called a thousand times this branch and the one in Milan and has filled out all the same forms that probably make me complete each time just for take time. I have my salaries blocked and it's my only card. I no longer have cash and they created an enormous discomfort without even apologizing. I look forward to unlocking it just to be able to transfer all the money and cut the paper!
