Sembra che gli dai fastidio quando li chiami per informazioni o per risolvere le castronerie che hanno fatto loro. Non consiglio a nessuno questa azienda. The least professional people I've ever met. Per niente professionali ho richiesto un prestito per un lavoro dentistico che per causa pandemica ancora non inzio.Mi inviano una raccomandata per pagamenti non effettuati( che non è vero)Ma sono loro che non mi inviano più bollettini. Adesso senza nessun preavviso mi inviano una raccomandata minacciosa con iscrizioni a "sistemi di informazioni creditizie". Ma inviatemi pure i bollettini postali e da parte mia c'è tutta l'ntenzione di pagare il dovuto. Ma informatele le persone su cosa fare per i pagamenti e non raccomandate fatte alle spalle,con toni minacciosi.Insomma evitate questa banca, a nessuno di loro interessa il cliente ,ma la cosa più grave che non rispondono mai e ti fanno girare da un numero all'altro come una trottola, senza che mai nessuno ti risponda,uno schifo mai visto.Alla faccia della precisione dei tedeschi.
