Ho chiamato per chiedere come poter migliorare la pulizia del pavimento di casa, che nel tempo è andato assumendo un colore più scuro. Al telefono sono stato accolto con massima cordialità sia dalla Segretaria che dal Titolare. Il Titolare stesso è venuto in giornata per un sopralluogo. Constatato in modo trasparente e diretto che un approccio industriale non è la soluzione ideale per questo tipo di pavimento, mi ha mostrato in modo chiaro e competente come procedere in autonomia. Ho apprezzato molto questa disponibilità e terrò sicuramente a mente la Ditta per altre esigenze future. Grazie!
 My experience with DettoFatto was very short, but excellent. I called to ask how I could improve the cleaning of the floor in the house, which over time has taken on a darker color. On the phone I was greeted with the utmost cordiality by both the Secretary and the Owner. The owner himself came during the day for an inspection. Having ascertained in a transparent and direct way that an industrial approach is not the ideal solution for this type of floor, he showed me in a clear and competent way how to proceed independently. I really appreciated this availability and I will definitely keep the company in mind for other future needs. Thank you!
