Già dal confezionamento si denota una certa cura ed infatti la sua bella figura la fa tutta e non parliamo del sapore...le papille gustative erano in estasi già dal primo boccone! Soldi spesi bene. Meritate le 5 stelle. I bought a pistachio dove from the site to delight with my relatives ... it was a great choice! R	Riccardo Scorsone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faccio un ordine di 1221 euro, il carico dei panettoni mi arriva con gls dopo 7 giorni dalla partenza (doveva arrivare dopo 3 giorni al massimo) da Canicattì, nonostante i vari solleciti in quanto i vari colleghi dovevano partire per le ferie, alla fine sono dovuto andare a prendere il pallet nella sede centrale a Pomezia, altrimenti non era prevista consegna per altri 2 giorni (per cui saremmo arrivati a 9 giorni). Apro gli scatoloni e al momento della suddivisione dei panettoni, mi accorgo che mancavano i 4 al passito. Chiamo la signora Ilenia, e il magazziniere dice che visto che li avevano terminati, non aveva messo nulla e non aveva nemmeno avvertito nessuno. Alla mia domanda come mai non ero stato informato ma ho dovuto accorgermene da solo, la signora Ilenia è rimasta in un silenzio imbarazzante. L'anno prossimo, penso che io e i miei colleghi non acquisteremo più alla bonfissuto, in quanto ho trovato il classico pressapochismo che si ha quando si fanno le nozze con i fichi secchi. Il prodotto è di eccezionale qualità, ma se la catena di distribuzione (corriere) e gli impiegati del magazzino dimenticano di segnalare in fase di spedizione la mancanza di 4 panettoni, tutta l'eccezionalità del prodotto va a farsi benedire. Ho chiesto lo storno del valore dei 4 panettoni e spero imparino la lezione... questo è quando la produzione supera la capacità di gestione. Sono aperto ad aprire una discussione, ma con il titolare... I asked for the reversal of the value of the 4 panettone and I hope they learn the lesson ... this is when the production exceeds the management capacity.
