Frequento giornalmente il suddetto supermercato, personale gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, soddisfatta. Soddisfatta sino ad oggi, quando ho ricevuto un trattamento davvero irrispettoso da parte del salumiere (visto per la prima volta), che dopo essere stato scortese e burbero, ha privato me del saluto. Il rispetto è un valore che appartiene a pochi.
Sono profondamente contrariata, e mi dispiace pregiudicare l'attività per il comportamento di un solo soggetto; spero che il direttore non lasci correre poiché questo episodio, senz'altro, porterà me e, non solo, a recarmi altrove per la mia spesa giornaliera.

I frequent the aforementioned supermarket daily, very kind and always available, satisfied staff. Satisfied until today, when I received a really disrespectful treatment from the butcher (seen for the first time), who after being rude and gruff, deprived me of the greeting. Respect is a value that belongs to a few.
I am deeply disappointed, and I am sorry to prejudice the activity for the behavior of only one subject; I hope that the director will not let it go because this episode, without a doubt, will lead me and, not only, to go elsewhere for my daily shopping.
