Da perfezionare solo la professionalità di alcuni salumieri, non tutti rispettano le richieste del cliente abbondando spesso nel peso o, peggio ancora, nello spessore del taglio. Ogni salume va tagliato non secondo tradizione o personale preferenza ma dietro specifica richiesta del cliente soprattutto quando viene cortesemente richiesto più volte proprio per essere certi che abbiano capito che è una priorità personale.
Quite well stocked. Only the professionalism of some delicatessens needs to be perfected, not all of them respect the customer's requests, often abounding in weight or, even worse, in the thickness of the cut. Each cured meat should be cut not according to tradition or personal preference but upon specific customer request, especially when it is kindly requested several times just to be sure that they understand that it is a personal priority.
