Service die angeboten werden Wasser aus dem Automaten oder Wein zum selberzapfen funktioniert fast nie.
Spricht man das Personal darauf an, erntet man nur ein Achselzucken.
This year the absolute disaster. The branch management is extremely unfriendly and overwhelmingly overwhelmed.
