Quando disponibile riescono anche a fornire prodotti presenti nel secondo punto vendita entro la chiusura del negozio!! Molto consigliato!! Always clean and well stocked shop. Qualified and always kind staff. When available they also manage to supply products present in the second store by the closing of the shop !! Highly recommended!!

Il personale di solito è affabile ma qualche giorno fa ho avuto una sgradevole esperienza con la responsabile del negozio: stavo sollevando alcuni pacchetti di affettato per scegliere quello che mi piaceva di più quando la signora nel passare mi dice: hanno tutti la stessa scadenza e io le rispondo che stavo scegliendo le fette che mi piacevano di più ( credo che il cliente ne abbia diritto...); la signora, seccata, mi fa: si però le metta in ordine che se no lo devo fare io. Se questa è il modo di trattare i clienti credo che il negozio avrà vita breve....Fortunatamente a 200 mt. c’è un negozio anche più fornito e qualitativamente simile che mi permetterà di evitare il Despar di Assenza. The shop is small but fairly well stocked: I have always visited it over the years (when it was conad). The staff are usually friendly but a few days ago I had an unpleasant experience with the store manager: I was lifting some packets of cold cuts to choose the one I liked best when the lady passing by told me: they all have the same deadline and I I reply that I was choosing the slices that I liked best (I think the customer is entitled to them ...); the lady, annoyed, says to me: yes, however, put them in order, otherwise I have to do it. If this is the way to treat customers, I think the shop will be short-lived .... Fortunately at 200 meters. there is an even more well-stocked and qualitatively similar shop that will allow me to avoid the Despar of Assenza.
