Nel momento del pagamento in cassa, ho presentato alla cassiera bionda, un buono di euro 6,00 valido dal 26/03/2021 al 28/03/2021. La commessa, con fare stizzito e poco garbato, ha rifiutato di convalidarmi il buono maturato, senza far riferimento a nessun vincolo presente in tale documento. L'unico limite riportato faceva riferimento al minimo di spesa di euro 25,00 e al limite relativo alla data di utilizzo. Ho deciso di far presente tale episodio per il pessimo servizio e per la mancanza di professionalità offerto dall'addetta alla cassa. Sicuramente non mi recherò più li a fare la spesa. I decided to report this episode due to the bad service and the lack of professionalism offered by the cashier. I will certainly not go shopping there anymore.
