★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato dalla azienda un copripiumino completo ed ho ricevuto il prodotto senza il lenzuolo da sotto con angoli che sarebbe dovuto essere presente come da descrizione! Ho chiamato per chiederne il motivo ed hanno asserito di avere sbagliato la descrizione dell'articolo! Gli ho risposto che a quel prezzo senza la parure completa non l'avrei mai acquistato ed ho chiesto se per favore mi fornivano il prodotto completo come da descrizione e che ho regolarmente pagato!!! Nessuna risposta alle mail...per tanto feedback negativo e venditore scorretto!!!!
I bought a complete duvet cover from the company and received the product without the sheet from below with corners that should have been present as described! I called to ask why and they claimed they had the description of the article wrong! I replied that at that price without the complete set I would never have bought it and asked if they would give me the complete product as described and that I paid regularly !!! No response to emails ... for so much negative feedback and incorrect seller !!!!
