★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da evitare. Negozio franchising; indisponibilità ad avvalersi del sito Disegual online per resi e sostituzioni di capi a tal proposito le commesse sono respingenti. I negozi "non franchising" fanno qualsiasi cosa per aiutare il cliente.
 To be avoided. Franchise shop; unavailability to use the Disegual online site for returns and replacements of garments in this regard, orders are repulsive. Non-franchise stores do whatever it takes to help the customer.

A mio parere bisogna essere pazienti per poter lavorare con il pubblico ...altrimenti farebbe bene la signora a cambiare lavoro.
This point of sale for the rudeness of the staff ruins the name and the image of the desigual chain .. I personally will never go back !!!

In my opinion you have to be patient to be able to work with the public ... otherwise the lady would do well to change jobs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The woman(staff) in the picture was super impatient. We bought about 7 bags. In oder to do tax free, we were informed that we had to pay all together, which is very common and understandable. We wish to check the details of the price because there are many items but the woman insisted that we have to signed on the tax free paper first then she will give us the receipt and the paper. After that she gave us a receipt with only final price on it. So we asked her if we could see the tags because later we want to pay the friend who pay the whole price first but the woman refused to show us the tags. And there was no more same item on the self so we couldn’t check ourselves. The most annoying thing is that she said to me: Lady you are very Problem! It’s just a very simple thing but she is making it like a very big deal to show us the tags of the bags we bought! Never come back to this shop because of the very very bad manner and attitude!
