Il tono della commessa era oggettivamente scontroso, non suscettibile di interpretazione. Ho trascorso un'ora, nella quale mi era stato confermato più volte il prezzo iniziale e scontato dell'articolo. Durante il pagamento, però, la cassiera mi riferisce un prezzo maggiore. La cosa peggiore è che la commessa nega il prezzo stabilito inizialmente, volendo far passare me per deficiente. Non ne faccio una questione di prezzo, ma di educazione, serietà e attenzione verso il cliente. Non ci entrerò più neanche per sbaglio.
It is the second time that I make purchases in this store and in both cases they have confirmed an unprofessional attitude. The tone of the order was objectively grumpy, not open to interpretation. I spent an hour, in which the initial and discounted price of the item was confirmed to me several times. However, during the payment, the cashier tells me a higher price. The worst thing is that the order denies the price initially set, wanting to pass me by moron. I do not make it a question of price, but of education, seriousness and attention to the customer. I won't go in there by accident either.
