★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione ticket di manutenzione comoda: il WF dei ticket a guasto è molto personalizzabile, la gestione degli ODL Schedulati è un po' più rigida ma comunque funzionale; piacevole la navigazione nelle planimetrie; comodi i Report Jasper che estraggono ed elaborano i dati; utile il modulo Documentale così come Stcok Center e i suoi Prezzari.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto una pessima esperienza con una persona che rappresenta questa azienda, ossia l' Head of Project Management di Descor (D. C.) che ha dimostrato nei miei confronti un comportamento altezzoso e ai limiti maleducazione. Consiglierei all'azienda di formare i professionisti che collaborano con la stessa anche nella cortesia e correttezza anche con i nuovi potenziali clienti non solo con chi già collabora con la stessa.
 I had a very bad experience with a person who represents this company, namely the Head of Project Management of Descor (D. C.) who demonstrated haughty behavior towards me and bordering on rudeness. I would advise the company to train the professionals who collaborate with it also in courtesy and fairness even with new potential customers not only with those who already collaborate with it.
